Founding partner, Keith Bagley is a senior lawyer with more than 35 years legal experience.
Keith has an impressive reputation in family law, property, commercial law, wills and estates and media law. He is a renowned sports lawyer, having represented a number of high profile sports professionals in a wide range of matters.
Keith is passionate and determined about solving complex legal problems and commercial disputes helping his clients achieve an optimal result. A Neutral Bay local, Keith previously practised for many years in Sydney’s western suburbs.
In 1986, Keith was awarded an Order of Australia (AM) in recognition of his service to the community in the field of corporate governance in the public health sector.
Keith is a member of the Law Society of NSW.
A Lower North Shore local, Sarah Whitfield-Meehan holds a Bachelor of Laws from University of Technology Sydney and has completed a Masters of Laws (Applied) with a double major in Property Law and Family Law. Sarah was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2013, and has held roles in the legal profession since 2009 and with Keith Bagley Lawyer since January 2011.
In addition to completing her postgraduate studies in law, Sarah has developed a research interest in property law. Her research has been published in a peer-reviewed Australian legal journal.
Sarah combines an astute knowledge of the law with energy and determination to succeed. Her enjoyment of legal practice is obvious and refreshing.
In addition to enjoying a busy property (and general) law practice, Sarah has a particular interest in family law, providing practical transactional and strategic advice on a range of issues and disputes, including high-net worth and complex transactions involving companies, businesses and trusts (and a combination of these) and complex parenting issues.
Sarah is also a member of the Family Law Section, the Law Society of NSW, and the Young Lawyers Property & Family Law Committees.
